Pinnacle Studio render problems

To all users of Pinnacle Studio software experiencing render problems when attempting to "Make Movie". If your Pinnacle crashes or "Make Movie" crashes with error attempt to clean the Temporary Render folder located under
Windows 7: C:\ProgramData\Studio 14\Data\Render
Windows XP: C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Studio 14\Data\Render

I render loads of video and find that i need to empty this folder by simply performing
- Select All (Ctrl-A) and Shift-Delete to permanently delete these temporary files.

After emtpying / cleaning this folder - my video render with no errors!!!!

Pinnacle Sudio 14 render problems resolved.

Where can I find the folder if I have Windows Vista? There's no 'Data/Render' folder in 'Studio 14'.
